1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and unwashed).
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase or order number.

3. Return Process

  • Authorization: Do not send items back without prior authorization; they will not be accepted.
  • Return Label: Once approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package.
  • Return Shipping Cost: For customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, ClassicPouch will cover the shipping cost.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@classicpouch.shop with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
